Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate, patient‑centered home health care. You’ll coordinate with physicians, social workers, and families to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients in their homes, while supporting caregivers and honoring wishes.

This role requires an active RN license in the state you work, at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), a current driver’s license, CPR and BCLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
