Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in a hospice setting. You’ll coordinate plans, educate caregivers, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comfort, peace, and dignity for patients at the end of life.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
