Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients and families in delivering compassionate, home-based care. The role emphasizes building relationships, caregiver education, and collaboration with the care team to ensure comfort and dignity in the patient’s home setting.

Qualified candidates have an active RN license, hospice experience (preferred), valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work is required.
• Hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification are required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
