Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our team. The role includes delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients at home while coordinating with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work is required.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license is required.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification are required.
