Compassus in the United States is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate in-home hospice care and coordinate services for patients and families. You will collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity at the end of life.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and current CPR/BCLS certification.
