Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate in-home care for patients, coordinating with families and care teams to improve quality of life. The role emphasizes education, comfort, and dignity in end-of-life care, with ongoing collaborative support across disciplines.

The position requires an active RN license in the state, CPR/BCLS, and at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred). A valid driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
