Compassus is a hospice provider seeking a Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate, home-based care and to coordinate with the care team for comfort and dignity. You will support patients and families, focusing on meaningful time together and education for caregivers.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in the state, have two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), current CPR/BCLS, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
• Current driver's license.
