Compassus in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate home-based care to patients and families. You will coordinate with the care team, educate families, and advocate for high-quality comfort and dignity in the home setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in Iowa, with 2 years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), current CPR/BCLS, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
• Current driver’s license.
