Compassus in Texas is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to coordinate comprehensive home hospice care. You’ll assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high‑quality support.

You’ll empower families, manage symptom relief, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards while balancing a demanding schedule with flexible scheduling and supportive culture.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
