Job summary

Compassus in the United States is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to coordinate care for patients at home. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comfort and dignity for patients and families.

Eligible candidates are licensed RNs with hospice experience preferred, a valid driver’s license, CPR/BCLS certification, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
