Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our care team. The role focuses on enabling patients to spend meaningful time with loved ones, building compassionate relationships, and educating families on care for their loved one.

Candidates must hold an RN license in the state of work with at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), plus a current driver's license and CPR/BCLS certification. We offer diverse benefits and a supportive work culture.
