Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a home or facility setting. The role emphasizes compassionate patient relationships, caregiver education, and collaboration with the care team to deliver comfort and dignity to patients and families.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, have hospice experience, and possess CPR/BCLS certification. A valid driver’s license is required to visit patients.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
