Ideal candidates have an associate degree and at least two years of office experience, with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years related experience in an office environment, preferably in a health care facility/setting.
• Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates contacts with patients and families to introduce services and answer questions about available care.
• Schedules initial Nurse practitioner visits and ensures timely visits.
• Maintains medical records and processes document attachments.
• Supports branch operations and coordinates communication with patients, clinicians, and office staff.
• Monitors and manages scheduling issues and workflow to optimize capacity and productivity.
