Responsabilités

• Interviews patients, employees and/or family members; constructs comprehensive medical histories and performs physical examinations under NP scope
• Provides diagnoses, plans and treatments in collaboration with physician; writes orders and interprets results
• Ensures continuity of care and patient education; coordinates referrals to health education
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of patient care, medications, labs and discharge records
• Performs procedures and administers medications as needed within NP scope and physician oversight
