Advocate Health is seeking a Part-time Nursing Assistant for the Night Shift at the Residence Clinical location. This role supports hospice patients, providing basic care and documenting clinical data while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity for patients and families.

The role requires weekend/holiday rotation, BLS certification within 45 days, and a Nurse Aide credential. 24 hours per week with shifts 11 PM–7:30 AM in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, mobility and transfers.
• Record vital signs and document in EMR accurately.
• Conduct rounding and report observations to RN promptly.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges, and manage supplies and equipment.
• Support patient nutrition and skin care and maintain safety and comfort.
