Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintains infection prevention practices and hand hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assists RN with daily patient care tasks including bathing and feeding.
• Measures and documents blood pressures, TPRs, I&O and daily weights in EMR.
• Performs purposeful rounding and communicates patient needs to RN.
• Participates in admission, transfer and discharge under RN supervision.
• Collects specimens and assists with patient transport and supply management.
