Cura Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide for part-time night shifts to provide essential care to patients in their homes during nighttime hours. The role emphasizes safety, comfort, and respectful, patient-centered support as part of Cura of Benson.

Ideal candidates are attentive, reliable, and able to work independently through night shifts, with a preference for those with HH Aide experience and a willingness to obtain certification. Transportation to patient homes is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior Home Health Aide or similar role preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Home Health Aide certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with nighttime personal care needs including hygiene, mobility, and positioning.
• Monitor patients' physical and emotional conditions throughout the night and report concerns.
• Provide medication reminders and support as needed.
• Offer companionship and reassurance to patients during nighttime hours.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations in compliance with agency policies.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and infection control procedures.
