St. Croix Hospice in Sioux City, IA is seeking a compassionate Massage Therapist to work with clinical teams to provide therapeutic touch that complements medical care.

Responsibilities include administering Swedish massage and related modalities, documenting sessions within 24-48 hours, and complying with HIPAA, driving to patients as needed, and participating in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
• Current Massage Therapist License in practicing state.
• Valid State Driver’s License and reliable automobile.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy per plan of care; assess patient response and treatment effectiveness.
• Administer interventions (Swedish Massage, Comfort Touch, energy work) to relieve symptoms.
• Observe and report patient condition changes to supervisor and team.
