Job summary

Advocate Aurora Hospice is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to support terminally ill patients in the Green Bay area. You will provide compassionate patient care under RN direction, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain patient comfort in home settings.

Must be a certified nursing assistant with a valid license in the state, and BLS certification within six months. Travel across the service area is required, with adherence to HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in the applicable state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities
