Job summary

Bristol Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our Interdisciplinary Group Team serving patients in Minnesota. You will provide personal care, support families, and work under a Registered Nurse to promote comfort and dignity in the home setting.

Ideal candidates are CNAs with at least 1 year of hospice or home health experience, CPR certified, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Minimum 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle per organization/state requirements and in good working order.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, oral hygiene, and grooming.
• Assist with transferring, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Take and record vital signs as ordered.
• Assist with feeding and meal preparation as assigned.
• Maintain patient dignity, confidentiality, and environment.
