Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking Hospice Nursing Aides to assist patients with daily personal care, dressing and grooming, while maintaining comfort and dignity in home settings.

Responsibilities include collaborating with supervising registered nurses, updating care plans, and supporting families in caring for terminally ill loved ones. A valid driver license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must meet one of the following: one year of direct client care in an institutional setting or home health/hospice in the last five years.
• Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist hospice patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, linen changes, dressing, and grooming.
• Coordinate with supervising RNs and hospice team to communicate patient progress and family needs.
