Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our in-home care team. Under RN supervision, you will provide hands-on personal care and support to patients at the end of life.

You will travel to patient homes, document services, promote comfort, and maintain dignity. Requirements include current CNA certification in the state of practice and a valid drivers license. We offer full-time schedule 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with rotating weekends, health and dental insurance,

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily activities to patients in their homes.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and safety to promote comfort and quality of life.
• Travel to patient homes and deliver hands-on care as scheduled.
• Record observations and communicate with the care team under RN supervision.
