Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary care team.

You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes under the direction of a Registered Nurse, supporting personal care, daily living activities, and comfort at the end of life. The role requires a valid CNA certification, a driving license with a clean record, and a commitment to maintaining patient dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and auto insurance.
• Familiarity with in-home patient care and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Assist with daily living activities and meal planning/feeding.
• Record vitals and report observations to the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Travel to patient homes for scheduled visits and deliver compassionate care.
