Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary care team, providing compassionate, hands-on support to patients in their homes under RN supervision.

You will assist with personal care, vital signs, and daily activities to promote comfort and dignity at the end of life. This full-time role offers a predictable 8:00am–5:00pm schedule with rotational weekends, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, company-paid disability, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team
• Travel to patient homes throughout the day and provide care as scheduled
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
