Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state CNA certification.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Applies safety principles and proper body mechanics.
• Plans and prepares nutritious meals and assists with feeding.
• Performs homemaking and other environmental tasks.
• Observes, reports, and documents changes in patient status.
• Follows nurse-written care plans and prior instructions.
• Assists with prescribed exercises as instructed.
• Performs simple urine tests and related tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
