Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, current CNA and CPR certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current state CNA certification is required.
• CNA experience within the last two years is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Applies safety principles and proper body mechanics in personal care tasks.
• Plans and prepares nutritious meals and assists with feeding.
• Performs homemaking and environmental services as assigned.
• Observes, reports, and documents changes in patient's status to the nurse.
