Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state nurse aide certification (CNA) per state requirements.
• CNA experience within the last two years.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Observes and reports changes in patient status to RN.
• Plans meals and assists with feeding.
• Performs homemaking and environmental tasks.
• Performs simple urine tests as instructed.
• Adheres to plan of care and safety principles.
