The role requires a high school diploma, Maryland CNA registration, and at least one year of experience; hospice experience and nursing program enrollment are preferred. The CNA will assist with personal care, feeding, mobility, vital signs, and basic observations while maintaining empathy, safety, and compliance with GBMC values.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of previous experience.
• Current enrollment in an accredited nursing program.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Experience caring for dying patients.

Responsabilidades

• Performs personal care needs promptly.
• Assists with bedpans and urinals.
• Provides bathing, grooming, feeding, and positioning.
• Records vital signs when ordered.
• Reports changes to the supervising nurse.
• Assists with ambulation and range of motion as instructed.
• Maintains patient room cleanliness.
