• Plans and prepares nutritious meals as assigned.
• Records vital signs and reports changes to the supervising nurse.
• Observes skin condition to prevent tissue breakdown and monitors comfort.
• Assists with ambulation and mobility per instruction.
• Keeps patient room orderly and assists with light laundry as needed.
• Supports respite care for patient, family, and caregiver when onsite.
