Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.
• Comfort with providing specialized care to the terminally ill.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks and attend to patient requests promptly.
• Provide compassionate communication with patients and families while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist with baths, grooming, feeding, and changing bed linen.
• Support patient dressing, meals, and mobility as directed by the nurse.
• Observe patient condition and report changes to the Case Manager.
