Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking compassionate Hospice Nursing Aides to support patients at home, assisting with daily living activities and personal care. You’ll work under RN supervision, coordinate family education, and help maintain safe, comfortable environments for patients receiving end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Must have one year full-time direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility) or one year in home health or hospice in the last five years.
• Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bedding, clothing changes, bathing hospice patients and maintaining hygienic routines.
• Consult with supervising RNs and keep families informed about patient progression and needs.
