Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Hospice Nursing Aide to support patients at home with personal care, hygiene, and basic health routines. You will work closely with supervising RNs and families to ensure comfort and safety in the home setting.

The position requires a valid state driver license, CPR certification, and prior direct patient care experience. Training and ongoing development are provided to support compassionate, high-quality home-based care.

Qualifications

• Must have one year (full-time) experience in direct client care in an institutional or home health/hospice setting.
• Must be registered/listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry/state equivalent.
• Must have basic technology skills, including operating a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks, bathing, dressing, and hygiene for hospice patients.
• Coordinate with supervising RNs and family members to ensure patients' needs are met and care plans followed.
