Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care per plan of care and report observations.
• Communicate with patient, family, and RN with confidentiality and empathy.
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Maintain clean living area and document care in EMR.
• Report changes in patient condition to RN Case Manager.
