Assistedcares is seeking a PRN Hospice Aide (CNA) in the Phoenix West Area to provide compassionate in-home and facility care. The role supports patient hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and medication reminders under RN guidance, reinforcing caregiver training and ensuring adherence to written care plans.

The position requires completion of a state-approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation, current CPR, TB health clearance, and successful completion of the agency competency exam.

Qualifikationen

• CPR, TB and health clearance required.
• DMV and criminal background check / OIG Exclusion list / National Sex Offender Registry / fingerprint card as appropriate.
• Note: Aide must not have had a continuous 24 month gap in furnishing services for compensation since program completion.

Aufgaben

• Assist patient with personal hygiene, elimination, nutritional support / feeding, ambulation and exercise, and medication reminders according to the patient’s needs and RN assessment/assignment.
• Provide care consistent with written instructions.
• Provide support for and reinforce the team’s teaching of patient’s caregivers.
• Perform other related supportive tasks as specified by Agency policy.
