Job summary

AdvisaCare Hospice Care in Phoenix is seeking experienced, reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide personal care services to our hospice clients in the West Valley. The role offers a flexible schedule and supports building meaningful patient relationships in a healing environment.

Requirements include an active Arizona CNA license, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Prefer 6 months hospice CNA experience; candidates must pass a drug screen and can access 401K

Qualifications

• Arizona CNA certification (current).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 6 months hospice CNA experience or equivalent (preferred).
• Excellent communication, prioritization & organizational skills.
• Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment.
