Job summary
VitalCaring Group is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA to deliver comfort, dignity, and compassionate care in patients' homes around Phoenix, Arizona. You will support daily living activities, assist with mobility, and help maintain a safe home environment, all while coordinating with RNs and social workers.

Qualifications
- Completion of state-required Hospice Aide/CNA training (CNA certification if required by state).
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to follow care plans, document clearly, and communicate effectively.
- Comfort working with end-of-life patients and families.
- Strong empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between patient homes.
- A true patient-first mindset with respect for dignity and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
- Support comfort through repositioning, mobility, and skin care.
- Provide light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Offer respite support to caregivers and families.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN/Case Manager.
