Housecall Providers is seeking a Hospice Aide - CNA for PRN/on-call work, averaging 40-50 hours per month with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days per week in our community setting). A current CNA certificate and CPR are required, along with experience with EMR systems and a valid driver’s license.

The role supports patients under RN supervision and includes both personal care and light administrative duties.

Competenze

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
• CPR certification at hire or within 6 months.
• Experience working with electronic medical records.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and automobile liability coverage or access to an insured vehicle.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care such as bed bath, shower, oral care, skin and foot care.
• Assist with positioning and range of motion for non-ambulatory patients.
• Obtain vital signs and document results.
• Provide respite care and perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with administrative needs as required by supervisor.
