PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Haslet, TX to support patients in their recovery and enhance mobility and independence. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering personalized care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage is required.
• Home health or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in patient care.
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under licensed supervision.
• Assist in identifying patient goals and implement interventions.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Develop individualized care plans and wellness programs.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Document all services and maintain patient records.
