PARS Therapy is actively seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Deer Park, TX. The role focuses on helping patients regain movement and reduce pain, delivering personalized, evidence-based care in the comfort of patients’ homes.

The ideal candidate is patient-centered, dependable, and capable of educating patients and caregivers while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective rehabilitation and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX PT license.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Document evaluations and progress notes using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and OTs.
• Conduct home safety assessments and recommend fall-prevention strategies.
• Deliver compassionate care while promoting independence.
