Christ Hospital Home Health Care seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant I (OTA I) to deliver skilled OT services in patients’ homes. You will educate patients and families, document progress, and ensure safety while adhering to agency and Medicare guidelines.

Qualified candidates hold a current OTA license in Ohio and demonstrate strong communication, reliability, and the ability to drive to patient locations as scheduled.

Formación

• Minimum one year of OTA experience in an acute setting.
• Home care experience is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in the name of the employee.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled OT services in patients' homes per plan of care.
• Observe, document, and report patient progress and changes.
• Assist patient in activities to improve functioning and independence.
• Document all treatment and education per agency and Medicare guidelines.
• Drive to various patient locations as scheduled and maintain timely visits.
