Qualificações

• Current and unrestricted LPN licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance or access to reliable transportation.
• LA LPN licensure without restrictions; minimum 1 year experience as LPN.

Responsabilidades

• Provides high quality clinical services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws and plan of care.
• Documents patient visits thoroughly in the electronic medical record per regulatory and payer requirements.
• Participates in care coordination and communicates patient needs to the team and families.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, or financial condition.
