Qualifications

• CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home care experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Provides or assists clients with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care, transfers, ambulation, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Live-in and Sleep Over's: secures client’s home for the night and provides nighttime presence where offered.
• Assists with household tasks directly essential to client's personal care.
• Accompanies client to medical appointments or shopping and performs essential errands.
• Measures and records vital signs when ordered within training limits.
• Prepares meals per client diet and may assist with feeding.
• Maintains a clean, safe home environment and safe use of equipment.
