The Pennant Group is recruiting a Home Care Aide to serve clients in Kitsap County. The role involves delivering compassionate in-home care, personal support, and light housekeeping according to an individualized care plan.

Ideal candidates hold a WA Home Care Aide certification or active HCA training, a current CNA license, and CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain. Flexible day and night shifts available; PT/FT and PRN options. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Washington State Home Care Aide (HCA) certification or active HCA training status.
• CNA license in good standing.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Food Handlers permit or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation as directed.
• Record and report client information accurately per agency standards.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical staff.
