Job summary

The Pennant Group is hiring a CNA caregiver to serve clients in Pierce County through Signature Healthcare at Home. This field-based role offers flexible scheduling with PRN, part-time, or full-time options and compensation of $25-$27 per hour.

Responsibilities include ADLs assistance, light housekeeping, documentation, and RN-delegated tasks where allowed. Required WA HCA/CNA credentials, CPR/First Aid, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• WA HCA certification or active HCA training status.
• WA CNA license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Food Handlers permit, or willing to obtain.
• Ability to pass background check and meet state licensing requirements.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living per service plan.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping and errands as directed.
• Under RN delegation, perform delegated nursing tasks when allowed by state policy.
• Document all services on the day they are provided.
• Follow infection control, universal precautions, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team; adhere to agency policies and confidentiality.
