Job summary

Signature Healthcare at Home is seeking a caring Home Health Aide to serve clients in Kitsap County. The role includes ADL support, light housekeeping, meal prep, and participating in delegated nursing tasks under RN supervision, with a focus on safety and patient dignity.

Flexible scheduling options (PRN, part-time, or full-time) and a field-based work arrangement support caregivers in delivering high-quality home health services. Certifications in WA HCA, CNA, CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Qualifications

• Washington State HCA certification or active HCA training status.
• CNA license in good standing (WA).
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Food Handlers permit or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes as per individualized service plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL), personal hygiene, grooming, transfers, and mobility.
• Perform delegated nursing tasks under RN supervision (vital signs, med assistance, wound care when delegated).
• Complete all documentation the same day services are provided.
• Follow infection control, safety protocols, and agency policies.
