Primecare Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to deliver personalized in-home care. You will help clients with daily living activities, monitor health signs, and provide companionship, treating clients with kindness and respect.

Role requires strong communication, reliability, and empathy. Applicants must have HHA/PCA certification and BLS, and be able to work in Thomson, GA. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and attentiveness to client needs.
• Valid HHA or PCA certification required.
• In-person Basic Life Support (First Aid & CPR) required.
• Must pass TB screening and background check; eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out tasks per clients' care plans and follow instructions.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned and monitor health changes.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain professional relationships and communicate observations to supervisor.
