Qualifications

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant.
• HHA or PCA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks per Clients Care Plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Provide companionship to clients when needed.
• Communicate observations to supervisor clearly.
