Qualifications

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant (minimum).
• Excellent customer service and attention to client needs.
• HHA or PCA Certification is required.
• Valid BLS Training (First Aid & CPR) in-person.
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray within 30 days.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Empathy, compassion, and kindness is a MUST.
• Ability to use sound judgment and stay calm in various situations.
• Be reliable, dependable and on time.
• Basic computer skills and general technical savviness.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Can pass a background check and provide references.

Responsabilités

• Carry out assigned tasks on clients and follow care plans.
• Help clients with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Provide companionship to the client when needed.
• Communicate observations to the supervisor with good relationships.
