Job summary

PrimeCare Home Care Services in Georgia seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide to implement customized care plans, support daily living activities, and treat clients like family.

You will maintain personal hygiene, monitor vital signs, provide companionship, and communicate observations to the supervisor. A valid HHA or PCA certification, CPR/BLS in-person, TB screening, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA or HHA).
• HHA or PCA certification required.
• Valid BLS/CPR and in-person training.
• TB screening/PPD chest X-ray within 30 days.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Empathy, compassion, and kindness are essential.
• Ability to use sound judgment and stay calm in varied situations.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proof of work eligibility in the U.S.
• Background check and references required.
