Qualifications

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant.
• Excellent customer service and attention to client needs.
• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification.
• Valid Basic Life Support Training (First Aid & CPR) in-person.
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray (Within 30 Days).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to/from work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned tasks on clients and follow Care Plans.
• Help clients with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, respiration).
• Provide companionship to the client as needed.
• Recognize client needs, maintain relationships, and communicate observations to supervisor.
